Beyond Sundays

At StoryChurch we believe in making disciples of Jesus in all kinds of ways, and Sunday mornings are really only a small part of that. 

In addition to “normal church” stuff we have Four Pillars of Ministry that we refer to as Beyond Sunday. Check out a little more about that below. 

 

Recovery & Sobriety

We know that we’re only as sick as our secrets, so we provide space for recovery and sobriety meetings 6 days of every week. We see hundreds of folks every week doing the hard work of living a sober life and we want to do everything we can to help. Gang Violence Interruption

Colorado Springs is a bigger city than you think, and big cities come with big city issues. Including a surge in gang violence. We proudly partner with, and Pastor Brandon is a founding member of, The Men of Influence (MOI). MOI exists to open up lines of communication between all sets and factions to foster communication and prevent gun violence in our community. Addressing Homelessness

Homelessness is a big problem. Folks experiencing homelessness are not a problem, they are people, created in the Image of God who deserve to be loved and valued. We partner with More Than A Meal and every Saturday you can find a group of folks here serving those less privileged than ourselves and sharing the Gospel.

 

Aiding in Mental Health

Mental Health is a massive issue across the nation and especially in Colorado Springs. We are working diligently to offer more support groups and parter with like-minded organizations to address mental health concerns across our community.
